ProLIGHTmed – Second Project Meeting

Moments of conviviality enriched these two intense days which provided the partners with the opportunity to strengthen their collaboration.

On the second day, the participants learned about a best practice example related to public lighting planning, optimization, and management, organized by ENA at their premises. A municipal official from Setúbal demonstrated how the city’s public lighting works thanks to the use of an intelligent public lighting management system. He enlightened the partners on how to make local public lighting more sustainable, starting with an explanation of how the currently implemented lighting system in Setúbal is effective and efficient, representing a good practice to be reproduced in other contexts.

Final discussions and conclusions closed the project meeting successfully.
